Description
PET bottle recycling specialized in recycling PET bottle, starts from sending 1m3 PET bottle brick to the demount bale machine, then the second conveyor will send the bottles to tunnel type metal detector. After detecting stage, bottles go into the wet type crusher to proceed granulating and water cleaning at the same time. The PET flakes will then be delivered to twisted washing machine, after twisted washing, material goes into separate washing tank to make PET sinking down to the bottom of tank, PET flake will then be delivered to spin dryer for drying, finally, the PET flakes are stored in the jumbo bag of storage tank. The complete recycling line is short and clean.
