The HAVi Trigger Timer measures the actual trigger time of vibrating tools, ensuring that daily exposure points are calculated from real tool usage. Once the vibration magnitude for the tool has been entered, the HAVi automatically tracks trigger time and calculates HSE exposure points and m/s2 values in real time.
Easy to attach and use
The unit is attached to the tool with cable ties, allowing it to be easily moved between different power tools. When paired with the HAVi Watch, exposure points from multiple tools can be combined throughout the working day, and data can be reviewed using the free HAVi Total Diagnostix software and mobile app.
Using accurate vibration magnitudes
The HAVi requires a known vibration magnitude for each tool. Manufacturer vibration data can be used, but measured values from a hand-arm vibration meter, such as the Pulsar vB², provide the most reliable measurements, since tool vibration varies with task, material, operating conditions, and tool condition.
Protective case included
The HAVi Trigger Timer is supplied with a heavy-duty steel case for additional protection in demanding environments.
