The Stingray 2.0 is a portable level-velocity logger, with free Logger Software for the calculation of flow as an open channel meter. The design is compact, portable, and battery-powered which makes it a fantastic instrument for open channel flow measurement. Using four standard Alkaline D-cell batteries to operate as a battery-powered data logger, the unit is a complete area velocity logger with an ultrasonic sensor that data logs level, velocity, and water temperature for flow monitoring through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes.
