The „OI“ optical inspection is a flexible image-processing system for quality assurance that can be integrated into any automated production system. The inspection system enables single- or dual-sided film and label inspection, including presence and position checks, inspection of contents, inspection for damage and much more at a performance of up to 200 products per minute. It guarantees 100% control of your production quantities. A manual sample control is no longer necessary. A wide variety of interfaces to upstream and downstream line components, to data acquisition systems or to your enterprise resource planning system enable a high degree of automation as well as optimized data acquisition and evaluation.
