The mechanised shotcreting system Wetkret 3 Putzmeister is designed for spraying concrete in small tunnel sections and areas with difficult access. Mounted on a compact rubber-tracked crawler chassis with a Diesel engine (17.9 kW / 24 hp), it features hydraulically operated support legs and an optional ±30° tilting system to maintain stable operation on slopes. The telescopic spraying arm provides a maximum horizontal reach of approx. 7 m (23') and enables working in minimum sections of 2.5 m (8'2"). The arm is operated by a proportional remote control with dual use (cable or radio). Wetkret 3 connects quickly to Putzmeister concrete pumps and to air and additive supply lines to avoid external hoses interfering with the working area.
