The xenon lamp aging test chamber is a device used to simulate various climatic conditions and test the aging performance of materials. It uses xenon arc lamp as the light source and can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight, including ultraviolet, visible and infrared, and can reproduce destructive light waves in different environments, providing corresponding simulated environments and accelerated tests for scientific research, product development and quality control.
The full spectrum of natural sunlight is simulated using xenon arc lamps. After the xenon lamp is lit, it can emit light containing ultraviolet, visible and infrared rays, and its spectral energy distribution is very similar to that of the ultraviolet and visible parts of sunlight. By accurately controlling parameters such as light intensity, temperature, humidity and water spray cycle, different climatic environments are created, so that the materials are subject to light, temperature, humidity, rainwater erosion and other effects similar to those exposed to the natural environment for a long time, thereby quickly evaluating the durability, stability and other properties of the materials during outdoor use.
