RAEM2 is an all-in-one condition monitoring system, combining acoustic emission (AE) sensor, battery, data acquisition and process module and communication modules in a small aluminium alloy cylinder. With some magnets at the bottom base, RAEM2 can be attracted to and coupled on the metal object surface. It not only supports a variety of communication methods to the IoT Cloud, for instance 4G or LoRa, but also supports Bluetooth short range inspection. The cloud platform can be used for remote data monitoring and dual-direction transmission and configurations. There are a variety of output ports and network communication methods available to choose or be customized based on the application needs.
Applications: - Rotating bearing status monitoring
- Valve pipeline leakage monitoring
- Tool wear monitoring
- Wind power main bearing status monitoring
- Yaw bearing status monitoring
Valve and Pipeline Leakage MonitoringPipeline valves often corrode and leak after long-term operation. If there is no effective detection in the early stage, small corrosion or leakage will grow rapidly and eventually lead to significant losses. RAEM2 is a time-triggered acquisition, suitable for monitoring steady-state signals. It can achieve 365-day all-weather online detection and monitoring, and accurately monitor pipeline valve leakage in the early stage to inform users of the current status of pipeline valves.
Acoustic Wave (Acoustic Emission) Monitoring of Rotating EquipmentRAEM2 remote acoustic emission equipment collects acoustic emission signals of various components of rotating equipment through AE sensors. After being processed by the RAEM2 acoustic emission system, the data is uploaded to the Qingcheng cloud server through 4G/Lora communication. Users can conduct inspections through the mobile phone Bluetooth APP, and can also view real-time data through the cloud platform to achieve remote monitoring of the status of rotating equipment (damage status, lubrication status, etc.).
RAEM2 is time triggering. The maximum battery life for operations is three years using Lithium-ion batteries (in timing acquisition mode once every day for one second). The device automatically wakes up for data acquisition following the hibernation schedule. The output data are amplitude, ASL, power, RMS. Waveform data may also be output.
Features:- Clients can access the IoT Cloud platform to configure RAEM2 settings and monitor its data in real time using computer/ mobile phone/ tablets.
- Parameters and waveform data are uploaded to the cloud platform automatically for remote real-time data monitoring functions.
- Connect to the Internet of Things platform using 4G / LoRa.
- With Bluetooth inspection function and the Bluetooth APP, it can be used for the on-site inspection. The APP supports real-time waveform and parameter data reviewing, and also supports historical data reviewing and online configuration functions.
