Machining programming software PTS series

Developing a program for a control system off-line is not enough - you need to be able to develop your program, modify it, test it and diagnose faults on the machine, all whilst the system is running. The motion generation engine PTS (Programmable Transmission System) Toolkit software gives the machine developer the tools necessary to program the machine, run the machine and diagnose any faults found. PTS Toolkit can even be used remotely over a modem (and ethernet with some Quin products) enabling remote diagnostics. PTS Toolkit consists of four integrated tools for writing, editing, using and testing PTS programs, plus two further tools for setting up QDrives and Operator's Panels. Here is a brief outline of the tools. PTS Toolkit is supplied with all our PTS products. PTS Scope and PTS Motion are extras that are available at additional cost.
