Description

Overview
PS X7 precision balances combine an intuitive menu layout with a 7" capacitive color touchscreen to maximise usability and readability for laboratory and industrial weighing tasks.

Precision and adjustment
Readability [d]: 1–10 mg. Maximum capacity [Max]: 200 / 2000 g depending on model. Internal automatic adjustment is provided, eliminating the need for manual calibration operations.

Touch-free operation & IR sensors
The instrument is fitted with two infrared sensors enabling hands-free commands (tare, print, step selection) by passing a hand over the sensor for contamination‑free or sterile workflows.

Interface & connectivity
Multiple communication interfaces are available: 2×RS232, USB‑A, USB‑B, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi®. Housing is plastic; weighing pan is stainless steel.

Databases
  • Products (5 000)
  • Users (100)
  • Packaging (100)
  • Customers (1 000)
  • Formulations (100)
  • Formulation reports (500)
  • Ambient conditions (10 000)
  • Weighings (50 000)
  • ALIBI memory (512 000)

Weighing Data Management
USB and network interfaces allow quick transfer and copying of measurements, reports and databases to a computer or another balance. Remote access enables online management of the balance and its databases.

ALIBI memory
The ALIBI memory automatically records measurements (date, time, result, tare, operator, product) and stores up to 512 000 records for traceability, prereview and export.

Options & systems
  • Under‑pan weighing (requires dedicated hook)
  • Compatibility with THBR 2.0 ambient monitoring system (THBR BOX, THB P, THB W, THB S)

Construction & materials
Housing: plastic. Pan: stainless steel. Protection class: IP 43.

Delivery components
Balance, weighing pan, pan shield, grounding bumper ×1, bumper ×3, power supply.
