The DecisionTower™ combined with the FillPak Trident™ converter delivers vision-driven, semi-automated dispensing of paper void-fill, enabling up to 35% material reduction while maintaining product protection.

How it works
DecisionTower uses 2D/3D computer vision to measure voids in packages moving on a conveyor. It communicates with a connected FillPak Trident converter to dispense a precise amount of paper pad for each box. As a vision-enabled end-of-line solution, it reduces consumable use, improves operator efficiency and provides actionable packing data.
