Raptor PowerPUSH shredders are designed for all types of thermoplastics and where higher capacities are required. Raptor PowerPUSH shredders come in 2 widths, 800 and 1350 mm. PowerPUSH allows you to fully control the process. Pusher System PowerPUSH – hydraulically driven pusher for tougher applications and/or higher capacity requirements. The hydraulic pusher design provides the opportunity to control the pusher's stroke length. This gives you the opportunity to optimize the shredder with unique recipes for different materials/products to maximize shredder efficiency and output. Open-Hearted Design Offers total access to the interior of the shredder, including granule box and screen. This provides unmatched access to both rotating and fixed blades for service and maintenance. Allows visibly clean inspection with easy and complete view of cleaning surfaces to ensure no residual or hidden material thereby preventing contamination at color changes.
