The MDC30-TG is equipped with a servo-controlled feeding module and a grooving unit with 3 tools and a shear or saw cutting module. According to the requirement, the straightening is performed either by a roller straightener or a digitised rotary straightener with preset cassettes. Shearing or sawing is carried out in the groove to obtain a chamfer on each side of the wire. Advantage of this concept: different lengths can be produced and linked together without adjustment, simply by programming, from 30mm to 3 metres.
