The basic frame consists of a base plate with 4 columns and springs. Roller sets (not part of product range) are spring mounted on guides in the housing. Contact of the low-wear felt or Cellpor rollers with the coil material applies the forming lubricant without generating oil mist. The lubricant supply comes from the inside via fixed hollow shafts. The lubricating rollers can be speedily changed by loosening the four screws.
