These are hardened stainless steel pins that come in standard sizes. Mostly in steps of 0.01 mm from 0.50 to 10.00 mm. They are used mainly in the food and medical industry, stamping and punching tools, guides, stoppers and rollers, extractors, drills, for gauge production, and in general mechanics and repairs. The stainless steel is of top quality and conform to DIN : 1.4034 + S (X 40 Cr 13) and AISI: 420 F. After hardening and superfinishing, the corrosion-resistant feature and its quality remains. The hardness is 55 HRC (600 HV) centerless ground, lapped and polished. The diameter tolerance is +/- 0.002mm.
