Description

WG pivoting frame web guiding systems offer the ideal solution for correcting and maintaining the correct web position during the entire production process. This web guiding system enhances product quality and reduce final waste. Typically positioned close to key processes, they optimize material management and ensure a smooth workflow. They are made up of a fixed frame and a rotating pivoting frame, aligned with the ideal rotation axis, to guarantee precise web alignment at all stages. Each model is engineered for seamless integration with the machines on which they are installed, and they come in various sizes, including roller length and path options. The systems offer material tension ranging from 100 N to 2500 N, with speeds up to 34 mm/s. Regardless of the model, all versions boast a robust structure that ensures long-lasting reliability. Smaller, compact models like WG.100, WG.251, and WG.255 are typically used in applications with narrow webs, such as in the hygiene industry. WG.705 model is designed for medium-sized web applications, ideal for the labeling and packaging industries. The WG.2000, the largest model in the series, is used for rotogravure machines, flexographic presses, or in applications where laminates exceed 800 mm in width. A special version, the WG.251-SKB, integrates the keyboard directly into the frame and offers a high degree of protection (IP54), making it suitable for dusty or liquid-prone environments. Models WG.251, WG.255, and WG.705 can be equipped with an integrated user interface within the frame, improving system management and simplifying web guide control and adjustment.
