Cooling option
Internal cooling with DS disks and peripheral cooling with KS disks.

Coolant pressures up to 150 bar with high-pressure hose with standard hose max. 100 bar.

For emulsion and oil coolants.

Application
For ER thread in driven tools, spindles and turning machines and for ER collets to DIN 6499 / ISO 15488. Not designed for use with sealed collets ER/DM.
Rotation speed
Speeds up to 12,000 rpm and 6,000 rpm with RCR / ER 40.
Prepare different types of driven tooling for the use of reCool
Convert inner-threaded driven tools to outer-threaded with the reCool adapter.
