Description
The long-lasting tightness of two flanges is influenced by the choice of the suitable gasket. By contrast with simple flat gaskets, profile gaskets enable the compensation of small angular deviations. The flange connection is already leak-tight with the application of low bolt tightening torques. As a result, the service life of plastic flange connections is extended and the life cycle cost of the system is reduced.
