Description

This all-round sandblasting unit offers optimum surface quality for manually blasting different materials in the dental laboratory. It is often not economical for small and medium-sized laboratories to invest in two units – one for fine and another for rough sandblasting. REITEL has succeeded in combining the best of both worlds in the SANDUBLAST unit with either two or three additional chambers. A recycling sandblasting device for model castings is combined with a Microfine jet blaster. All the advantages of microblasting and recycling sandblasting technology are combined in one unit. Its multi-functionality, combined with its compact design and high blasting performance make the SANDUBLAST 2/3 unit an ideal long-term partner for small and medium-sized laboratories. The maintenance-free quick stop valve is integrated in the microfine jet blaster, to grant precise and economic use of abrasives. The heated chambers offer a constant flow of the abrasive, to prevent clogged nozzles. The re-circulation sandblasting nozzle is lockable in any required position for optimum user comfort. In addition, the spacious stainless steel working area is equipped with extremely bright and shadow-free LED illumination for perfect and ergonomic working conditions.
