The DC100 detector is an explosion-proof device developed to detect flammable gas leaks in industrial sites and to prevent explosions and fires in advance. It is a field-display type transmitter detector that detects gas leaks in real time and displays the measured concentration values on a built-in display device. Additionally, the detected concentration values are converted into a standard DC 4–20mA output signal and transmitted externally, with a maximum transmission distance of up to 2000 meters. As an optional feature, a relay PCB can be connected to the main PCB in a modular format, providing a total of three contact outputs (Alarm1, Alarm2, and Fault). • Field-display type device for real-time measurement of flammable gases in hazardous (explosion-risk) areas • Measurement values and operating status displayed on LCD or OLED display • Two gas alarms and one fault indication • Relay output (optional) • RS-485 digital communication signal (optional) • Non-intrusive remote control using a magnet bar
