Band heater 4W

We provide special mica band heaters capable of providing 350–450°C and 4 W/cm2, the required temperature range in plastics, packing, and medical industry.Flat heaters are also provided for the higher temperatures in the given range. The construction usually involves a mica sheet wound with nickel-chrome plate housed in aluminum-plated sheet or stainless steel. For specific requirements, we also provide assembled setup incorporating the band heaters, heat exchangers and forced circulation systems. Some common application for the band heaters involves plastic extrusion and injection production lines, wood-working machinery, and medical appliances; for the flat heaters, packaging apparatus, mangle machines, and plastic extrusion and blower production systems.
