Dimensional inspection system iDimension® Flex

Overview
The iDimension® Flex Series brings state-of-the-art dimensioning technology to shipping and logistics operations. It provides rapid, legally traceable dimensions for pallets and boxes and can be integrated above conveyors or pallet stretch wrappers to dimension, weigh and capture images in a single automated step. Systems are available free-standing or suspended; an optional center sensor captures dimensions of freight wrapped in opaque materials.

Flexible Configuration
The Flex Series supports multiple sensor arrays (2-, 4-, 5- and 8-sensor options) to measure cuboidal and irregular freight. Choose suspended or free-standing mounts to match operational layouts. A 2-sensor conveyor variant handles parcels longer than 48 in (122 cm).

Claims Defense
Alongside dimensional data, iDimension® Flex captures color images to document shipment condition prior to dispatch. These images provide visual evidence to support claims defense and dispute resolution.

iDimension® Flex delivers NTEP-certified Legal for Trade measurements for high accuracy and regulatory compliance, reducing the risk of carrier audits and invoice disputes.
