A Riggs Autopack 3 head automatic jar filling machine incorporated into a turnkey 18 metre production line. This included a rotary in-feed table, jar washer, filling machine with a 280 litre twin skin hopper and PLC control, guarded fill area with double access interlock doors, metal detection, reject table, capping machine, air knives, labeller and out-feed table. The multi-head filling machine provides damage free and highly precise depositing of hot liquid or semi-liquid products such as honey, preserves, condiments, dips and sauces. The line was built and managed as a turnkey project by Riggs Autopack for a large scale UK producer of premium mince meat to accurately fill glass jars.
