The Parlours Parallel corresponds to EN 13732 and to the European Guidelines for milk tanks. Effeciency: 4 or 2 milkings correspond to EN 13732 standard, which means: - Volume of the milk bath up to the safety temperature is guaranteed 38°C - Cooling time from 35°C to 4°C a maximum of 3 hours with an ambient temperature of a maximum of 32°C The milk bath / Parlours Parallel is delivered with: • Electronic control • Temperature regulation with digital temperature gauge • Agigator is mounted on the lid, also for little quantities of milk • Milk outlet • Chiller units (plug-in ready)
