Overview
JIG Prime by Ritmo is a pipe welding machine designed for fusion of thermoplastic fittings up to Ø 25÷125 mm. Its lightweight construction and high maneuverability enable reliable on-site use, including vertical and overhead welds.

Key features

• Friction lock system: Patent-pending friction-based, lockable carriage prevents gravity-induced sliding and unintended opening, providing precise control of pressure during fusion (with multi-fusion tool and sockets) and welding phases.
• Modular support: Functional, modular support converts quickly into a bench rest to increase versatility on site.
• Precision clamping: Two self-centering clamps with side knobs secure pipe and fitting; reversible clamps and removable inserts allow operation on diameters from Ø 25 to 125 mm.
• Lightweight and balanced: Balanced design with comfortable lower handle for manoeuvrability; commercial literature highlights a weight of 8.5 Kg while technical data list 10.2 Kg (see note).
