Self-standing tower

Industrial beam barriers are used to control and stop entry to hazardous areas. Many industrial machines and equipment are integrated with these barriers to prevent contact with people. It is specially designed for machines, automation lines and other systems that are not suitable for the installation of connection towers, operator arms and panel modules. These towers consist of profiles with cross-sections of 120×120 mm and 150×150 mm and offer different height options, 2 mt, 2.5 mt and 3 mt. It is worth noting that standard towers are in RAL 7035 color. These towers are securely attached to the ground thanks to their wide bottom trays, thus preventing any stretching or negative situations during use. Additionally, the covers on the towers allow easy installation of cables, sockets and other equipment. Towers with a 150 mm cross-section are equipped with special mounting holes for the RB050 arm module, while towers with a 150 mm cross-section can be easily mounted with four bolts suitable for the RB100 arm module. Each tower has holes at its top that allow cables, sockets and other equipment to pass through. Additionally, special needs such as tower heights, tower colors and different hole drilling processes can be met according to customer demand.
