The new ROBUSTA steep stairs with the approved construction principle of the staircases offer enormous advantages compared with the conventional ladders: Instead of round rungs the aluminium steep stair has comfortable steps, which adjust themselves automatically in a horizontal position. This guarantees an essential higher stability and a safe ascent and descent. In connection with the additional guardrails, which on top project approx. 1 m above floor level, an optimum of security is guaranteed. To avoid slipping sideways the steep stair can be fixed on top by movable lashes, which have several holes for nailing or screwing. The 2 parallel lined up rungs per side guarantee a high stability and rigidity. The little deflection gives a safe feeling of security. The special plus for even more security: The two handrails protrude from the top ceiling. Since the top step is flush with the top of the ceiling, you can always continue towards the stairs when climbing. The dangerous side exit like a normal ladder is a thing of the past! The side protection can now be installed directly up to the steep staircase, so there are no more open edges.
