Description

Product overview
Portable fiber laser cleaners for fast, precise removal of rust, paint, oxides, coatings, oil, grease and dirt across industrial surfaces. Units are designed for on-site use (rolling or suitcase units), with intuitive controls, minimal consumables and reduced maintenance. Models range from compact MobiLase® suitcase units to high-power LC/RR systems.

Applications — Typical uses
  • Rust & corrosion removal: strip rust and oxides from steel, aluminum and alloys without mechanical abrasion.
  • Paint & coating removal: selective removal of paint, epoxy and powder coatings.
  • Surface preparation: prepare welds, coating and bonding areas without solvents or blasting.
  • Mold & tool cleaning: on-site precision cleaning of molds and tooling without disassembly.
  • Oil, grease & general cleaning: rapid degreasing of machinery and parts with minimal secondary cleanup.
  • Aerospace, automotive & defense maintenance: safe cleaning for sensitive, mission-critical components.
  • Conservation & restoration: controlled cleaning for historic metals and artifacts.

Why laser cleaning?
  • Selective: removes contaminants while preserving the substrate surface.
  • Eco-friendly: no abrasives, no water, no chemicals and no secondary blasting waste.
  • Efficient: high throughput and fewer process steps.
  • Safe: standard anti-reflection protection, laser eyewear supplied and optional fume extraction.
  • Operator-friendly: preset parameters, simple controls and rapid training.
  • Cost-effective: low recurring costs and minimal consumables.

Features
  • Dry process: no grinding, blasting or solvents required.
  • Portable: rolling industrial units or suitcase models for on-site cleaning.
  • Precise: short pulse and focused beam for surface-level removal.
  • Simple setup: limited settings for repeatable results.
  • Reliable: long operational life with minimal maintenance; 1-year warranty and local support.
  • Configurable power: models available from 100 W up to 3000 W.

Portable lineup
  • LC/RR 2000 — Air-cooled, 2000 W (Made in USA): industrial portable model for high-productivity cleaning of large surfaces.
  • LC/RR 1500 — Water-cooled, 1500 W (Made in USA): versatile model for aggressive stripping and fine cleaning in production environments.
  • MobiLase® Laser Cleaner — Air-cooled, 100 W or 200 W suitcase unit: compact ~60 lb unit for precision cleaning of molds, tools and small parts.
  • Higher-power options — up to 3000 W (Made in USA): systems for high-throughput tasks such as deep oxide or thick coating removal.
