The FRB-K is a friction roller track with external drive shaft. Its main area of application is interlinking plants in the machining production and final assembly sector, especially in tough environmental conditions such as heavier amounts of dust or dirt, or in wet areas. Components such as motor blocks, cylinder heads, and transmission housing are carried directly on the roller (without a workpiece carrier) or indirectly via the workpiece carrier. The FRB-K’s most impressive qualities are its high production precision and the adjustable encapsulated friction unit. With this variant, even parts with sensitive surfaces can be transported directly on the rollers. Transport without a workpiece carrier allows costs to be saved on workpiece carriers and return and buffer tracks. The FRB-K’s modular construction makes it a great choice and it can be expanded or added to at any time with our module-based concept.
