Description

Whether you need short or long tees, ours are the best choice. T-pieces made of welded stainless steel pipe per EN 10217-7, with remachined internal seam per: DIN 11850 table 4 version BC DIN 150 and 200 version CC cold-shaped and heat-treated Welding T-pieces are welded with lasers or TIG (tungsten inert gas).   Rohrbogen AG T-pieces with advantages Subsequent solution annealing removes any forming martensite and ferrite. This guarantees a high corrosion resistance. Maximum angular and dimensional stability through CNC finishing Perfect drainage, through a calibrated neck area Our unique manufacturing concept offers tees with no dead spaces in the resting area. This guarantees a perfect, rest-free drain! Delta-ferrite content The reshaping process can produce reshaping martensite which has magnetic properties. As a result, an increased delta-ferrite content can be measured. The T-pieces are therefore supplied solution-annealed. Depending on the material, solution-annealing takes place at temperatures of between 1020°C and 1150°C. Delta-ferrite here is used to describe any phases in austenitic substances which can be recorded with a magnetic inductive ferrite measuring device. Our T-pieces are delivered with <1%.
