We use high quality steel alloys and the most suitable treatments to reduce wear and guarantee the durability of our moulds: Wear resistant steel 500 HB (Brinell) Treatment with resistance of 900 (Vickers) Anti-wear performance of 64-66 HRC (Rockwell C) ROMETA SA designs molds with high quality finishes that allow reduced setting time as well as perfect filling and demoulding for increased productivity.
