The batching plants are designed for the manufacture of blocks, kerbstones, pavers, pipes, beams and concrete plates. They can be of different number of aggregates and with one or two mixers, to produce the second layer of the paver. They produce a perfectly homogeneous mixture for dry, soft, light, heavy or refractory concrete. They incorporate a computer control system, which informs us of all the consumption of cement and aggregates used for each mixing and cumulative per days. It also contains a modem assistance system. Different types of mixing and different formulas can be produced, to feed several machines with the same mixing. The dosage of the aggregates is selected by volume or by weight, through a weighing belt or hopper which is transferred to each hopper. The control of the water is by litre or by weight and its distribution is carried out in different points, achieving a more homogeneous concrete. The concrete is transported to the machine or truck through a belt or aerial hopper (mono-rail or bi-rail gate or swivel). The aggregates are dosed by volume or by weight using a weighing belt or hopper which is transferred to each hopper. Control of water by meter (litre or weight). The objective is to achieve a more homogeneous concrete with the distribution of water. The interior of the mixer is covered by different screwed plates to facilitate the change. The gate is hydraulic. The arms are mounted with silentblocks to be able to absorb any blow on the blades, which are made of wear-resistant material.
