The system consists of an anthropomorphic robot equipped with a powerful electrospindle, available with automatic tool change, and a rotary table equipped with a high-precision gearbox and infinite rotation. The machine is installed inside a safety structure, made of metal panels equipped with a sliding door, machining monitoring portholes and operator safety systems. Powerful and detailed milling Robocut can be configured with power spindles from 8kW to 14 kW, with speeds up to 36,000 rpm, making it the ideal robotic milling machine for processing: high-density polystyrene, wood, plastics, resins and foams. Tool change RoboCut is equipped with an automatic tool changer with up to 5-position capability that allows the entire machining process to be performed unattended without interruption.
