The Roser Group’s knife-holder transport trolley is designed to transport the knife-holders from the production areas to the washing and maintenance areas of the knives, and once they have been cleaned, they are returned to the production areas. The forklift for storage and transport of knives in knife-holders has a capacity of up to 48 knife-holders and is equipped with a tilting wheel train to ensure the correct transfer of the utensils in the production areas.
