Description
This brine preparation tank is completely made out of stainless steel, its design allows an eficient use of the space available, it can also be fitted with a ladder that allows an easy access to its top in order to pour the ingredients into and start the brine preparation without an elevator or other systems that sometimes are not available. To mix the ingredients we fit them with a mixer and in case of a dense brine a turbo-mixer to maintain an homogeneous brine ready to use. The discharge of the tank is made with a 0.75 or 1.5Kw transfer pump which delivers the brine wherever is needed.
