Description

Homogeneous product emulsion obtaining fine dough product to use in processed sausages like mortadella, cream cheese and other spreadables. It’s high output allows to shorten production times in this kind of products with the possibility of helping a bowl cutter under its emptying hopper. It’s adjustable cutting plates and blades allows a continuous production without overwarming the product, furthermore it can be easily moved which makes it a very versatile machine for product recovery.
