The innovative ROTATEK flatbed screen printing unit is ideal both for printing fine lines, whole surfaces and relief printing up to a thickness of 300 microns. This gives the printer the option of highlighting even the tiniest detail or a volume and colour intensity unattainable with other printing technologies. Its forward and reverse screen system with a fixed squeegee enables high speeds of up to 4,200 cycles/hour to be reached, the fastest on the market. The minimum print format is 200 mm, and the maximum 400 mm. The main advantage of the screen printing system is its low cost compared with the rotary system. The most notable innovation of the flatbed screen printing unit is that it can be integrated in-line with the full ROTATEK range of semi-rotary offset printing machines.
