Overview
Continuous centrifuge for de-oiling small chips or shredded chips (types SCPC / RCPC-C).

EASE OF USE

• Continuous operation.
• Can be mounted on a support for discharge of the de-oiled product into a container or onto a conveyor.

PRODUCTIVITY

• Throughput up to 6 tonnes/hour depending on the nature and shape of the chips and on the lubricant characteristics.
• Minimal residual moisture enabled by the centrifuge design, which allows control of the chips' residence time inside the basket.

RELIABILITY

• Areas lined with abrasion-resistant steel.
• Suspension types: 3-point (SCPC) or 4-point (RCPC) to limit vibrations and reduce wear on multiple components (bearings, shaft, etc.).
