Automatic storage system

The Roxane storage robots, fully automated and autonomous, are used to manage the storage of all types of containers, bins and production receivers. Storage robots can accommodate any kind of materials that need to be managed, stored and tracked electronically. CONCEPTION Thanks to an industrial-grade construction, entirely made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, the storage robots have a very low energy consumption of 600 to 800 Watt/h in continuous operation, allowing a more economical and ecological production.The adaptability of these robots allows multiple formats to be managed with one single piece of equipment. The storage facilities supervision system offers multiple functions such as real-time visualisation of the storage contents, automation management of free and occupied spaces, traceability of status and weights, automatic triggering of input and output according to process-specific rules. Material available in ATEX version. ORGANISATION & SETUP The storage robots manage stored items from a few kilos to a ton in multiple formats. The combined use of recognition systems (barcodes, datamatrix, QR codes) storage robots, shuttles and conveyors offers the possibility to automate the most complex flows of your production process.
