Automated rail transfer car

The Roxane shuttles are automatic rolling systems allowing the transport of multi-destination loads and the organisation of load transport between different workstations and equipment. Their compact and modular design allow them to adapt to any type of configuration, layout and loads (pallets, cases, receivers and any other type of containers, goods). CONCEPTION Thanks to an industrial-grade construction, entirely made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, the shuttles have a very low energy consumption of 600 to 800 Watt/h in continuous operation, allowing a more economical and ecological production. It also enables the coupling of the horizontal movement with a rotational one for a 3 axis transfer. Material available in ATEX version. ORGANISATION & SETUP The combined use of recognition systems (barcodes, datamatrix, QR codes), automatic shuttles, lifts, and automatic storage robots allow the complete automation of the routing and storage processes of your production process. With a capacity of a few kilos to several hundred kilos, they help eliminate manual handling tasks.
