The external temperature control units (ETAs) are the suitable supply units for external or separate test rooms. In the ETA, the temperature or the required climate is generated and transported to the external test room either via a large rectangular duct or via insulated hoses. The conditioning of the test room is done using the circulating air process. Applications: ◦ Temperature control of test rooms from approx 600L up to 50m³ or more. ◦ Supply in combination with a vibration system (horizontal, vertical or 3-axis). ◦ Performance supplement for large test chambers. • Chamber Variant: Type Series ETA • Testing Specifications: ◦ Temperature Range: -55 °C, -50 °C, -40 °C ……+100 °C, +180 °C, +220 °C ◦ Humidity Range: 5% to 99 % relative humidity ◦ Heating/Cooling Rate (depending on the test room size) 2 K/min, 5 K/min……. 30 K/min ◦ Master and Slave design which several ETAs can be operated in one test room.
