How it worksThe machine automates the flow by gently accumulating randomly oriented products in a wide-mouth, low-incline hopper, then servo-driving precise feeding into a high-speed roller sorting zone. Sorting relies on calibrated differences in roller speed, direction and friction under servo control. Optional vision verifies orientation. A servo-driven synchronous belt with encoder feedback provides precise spacing and non-contact counting via photoelectric sensors. Discharge modes selectable at HMI include horizontal transfer, vertical orientation and batch stacking; each discharge axis is independently servo-driven for millisecond synchronization with downstream machines.
