Description

The PQS-D employs a CCD camera installed on the press for inline quality control of printed sheets, eliminating the need to sample sheets. Defective sheets are automatically sorted out, enhancing quality assurance and further automating printing. The PQS-D system's basic quality inspection function can be expanded to include a printing density tracking function and an automatic register adjustment function to meet specific needs. The multifunction PQS-D system lets you perform 3 key functions inline on a single press. Two functions that expand the Quality Inspection function (option)* Die-cutting inspection frame setting function Inspection area can be set automatically by using die-cut data (DXF-CAD) for mask processing in PQS-D quality inspection. Limiting the inspection area prevents productivity loss due to defects occurring in areas where inspection is not required. Master check function Minimizes the risk of paper waste by early detection of defects such as plate mounting mistake, garbled or missing characters that cannot be detected by the normal quality inspection function (comparison of images captured with a camera). *For more information on the accuracy of defect inspection and other details, please contact our sales representatives.
