ARS aerators form an extremely flexible, versatile system for aeration and mixing in aerobic fermentation tanks. These machines stand out from other similar systems due to their high-level oxygen transfer results, as well as first-rate mixing capacity, since they work from the tank bottom enabling total liquid aeration, preventing the formation of dead zones. As the electric motor is external to the tank and the hydraulics are entirely made of AISI type 316 stainless steel, the ARS aerator is suitable for use in clean water tanks and other systems used in the food processing and pharmaceutical sectors. For installation, the junction plate needs to be positioned on the bottom of the tank and a food quality gasket made of suitable material inserted.
