Description
Induction welded, powder coat painted internal Muntin bars for insulating glass. This is a breakthrough combination of manufacturing ease and aesthetics. Our product does not scratch due to the hard powder coat paint surface.
This eliminates the need for touch up paints and significantly reduces scrap. The effect on your finished product is even more pronounced. Because the bars are welded and powder coated they don’t twist inside the unit, don’t split at the seam when notched and best of all they are SEAMLESS. The Muntin Bar also is available in the widest variety of Ral colors.
