Rope protector SIGMAGUARD

Sigmaguard Rope Protector is for anti-abrasion and UV resistance, so it is recommended for chafe protection to increase service life more by decreasing rope's external and internal abrasion when it's contacted on tough and sharp deck hardware. It can be applied after eye-splicing. Quote from Mooring Management Standard of BMA, Australia - All mooring lines (including spares) shall be in good condition and free from knots, bends, splices and wear/abrasion damage. - Each vessel shall carry a minimum of 2 spare mooring lines of each type of mooring line carried on board, and the spare mooring lines must meet all the same requirements as the lines in use. - Protective covers are required to protect mooring lines from chafing at changes in direction.
