Turns pneumatic actuators (cylinders) into 4.0 devices. It detects leaks and reduces consumption by up to 60% on average with patented ‘energy quantum’ technology. The system consists of a Control Unit that connects to Power Block Units. These latter are directly installed upstream of the cylinder chambers. CY4.0 is a system designed to monitor and optimize the filling of pneumatic cylinder chambers through a patented ‘energy quantum’ technology. It enables a reduction of compressed air consumption between 40% and 80%, without altering the actuator functionality. The systems are equipped with an interface for the connection to the CM Smart and are 4.0 systems.
