Easy to use, simple assembly, optimum thermal properties and simple storage (hotflex supplied in stock in flat condition with multiple lengths) are outstanding product arguments. It provides high flexibility for engineers compared to conventional mold heating techniques (such as cartridge heating elements). A better heat transfer, significant tool mass savings, replacement and lower energy consumption can be achieved with applications such as main line heating.
