The Festina Bag Clipping Machine is primarily designed for packaging bakery products. • The machine can also be used for sealing bags containing: • Strained yogurt • Cookies • Breakfast cereals • Breadsticks After the product is placed inside the bag: • The bag mouth istwisted to tighten it, • Then the bag is sealed manually using the machine. Thanks to the reopenable clip (band) mechanism: • The bag can be opened and reclosed multiple times, • This allows partial use of the product while keeping the remainder fresh. During the sealing process, a thermal transfer printer can electronically print the following information on the clip (band): • Expiry date • Manufacturing date • Production date • Production time • Serial number • Price • Barcode Printing and barcoding process: • Is prepared on a computer, • Then transferred to the machine within seconds using a USB flash drive. In addition to text, logos and graphie symbols can also be printed on the clip (band).
