Plants for the production of doors for professional and domestic refrigerators can be of various types depending, for example, on the envisaged moving system. This system can be the manual or electric type, or new generation. In addition, a high-automation system is also available, such as in drum unit plants and in various types of carousel plants. Door foaming plants are designed and built according to the customer's needs, in relation to product type and requested productivity. SAIP's technology comprises both "full-foam" of the refrigerator door (foaming of the door with the inner liner part and magnetic gasket) and solutions for door foaming only, with the subsequent assembly of the door liner and magnetic gasket. The supply is completed by: plug storage islands with automatic loading/unloading systems; fast mould adjustment for high levels of productivity; piece recognition in visual, barcode or RFID mode; foaming with open or closed mould of one or more doors with simultaneous or step injection; remote connections and production data reports; connection to main computer and to SAIP system, if present.
