Thanks to ultrasonic vibrations, synthetic fabrics are not only cut, but their edges are sealed automatically, preventing them from fraying. Ultrasonic cutting is ecological because it does not produce waste, burning or toxic fumes.

The STL-40 cuts and welds many types of acrylic and synthetic materials, such as Kevlar, acrylic, PVC, polyester, etc.

The NEXT LITE DESK can be used as a PLC and allows live control of up to 8 parameters.

The front screen and function keys allow intuitive and quick change of all parameters.

Thanks to the sliding wheels and the steel plate with a special surface hardening treatment, the STL-40 can be easily installed on cutting tables.
